1. Email your entry by August 31, 2022 to NYCcommunityprograms@lyft.com. In your email submission, include:

•Name
•Date of birth
•Mailing address
•Phone number
•2-4 sentences describing your design inspiration
•1-2 sentences explaining your connection to your neighborhood
•How you found out about the contest
•If you are under the age of 18 on the date of your submission, include the name of a legal parent or guardian (who will be Lyft’s point of contact for this contest), as well as their mailing address and phone number.

2. We’ll announce four winners on Oct. 9, 2022. Each artist will win a $500 Mastercard® gift card and have their designs displayed on ad panels in the borough where they live. (An ad panel is the static advertising display at each Citi Bike station.)

• Pixel (.jpg .gif .png .tif) and vector (.ai .pdf .eps .svg) designs are accepted. Vector designs work best.
• Pixel designs should be formatted to the sizing in the template with a minimum of 200 DPI at scale.
• A standard bleed of .125” on all sides is recommended.

• Use CMYK color code (RGB will also work, but the colors will print slightly differently).

  For drawings:

  • Scan or photograph hand-drawn designs at the highest resolution.
  • Mask clipping into the design template.
  • Drawings must extend past the red line.

  For photographs:

  • Capture photos at the highest resolution (minimum 200 DPI when image is at scale). Cell phone cameras likely won’t capture enough pixels per inch.
  • Photos must be digitally overlaid on the template and must extend past the red line.
